Ridicolous Customer Support with Scrapebox

Everything is cool once you get the support and you love them. But when you feel like you are being pushed over, we all just want to talk the most shit we can lol

Yeah and it turned out to be a misunderstand so I feel bad for jumping the gun. I am glad it all worked out because SB is one of the best tools out there.

My experience with SB was always good. A fantastic tool with good support.

I am always quick to assume and jump the gun, especially with automated tools. You become so frustrated you want support right then and there. Sometimes it takes awhile. Lesson learning lol

Great that it got resolved. Scrapebox is the best SEO tool for it's price bar NONE. And I mean it. Even if not for the backlinks there are loads of other things can be done with Scrapebox and its addons. The addons itself are a lot more valuable than the price to be honest. Scrapebox would be useful forever irrespective of any SERP rules. And the developers and support is just awesome. I requested for a feature a few versions back and made sense. And they included it within 2 days and brought out a new update. And then improved it even further in the next updates. That is what you call awesome customer service. It is the best SEO tool out there and it is far more powerful than the tools multiple times it's price as it has got a variety of features with it's addons included which is far more than any other SEO tools.

With no monthly fee, you shouldn't expect any good support at all, yet they do provide it.
