I've read it but I don't really understand what you mean. If I don't have to wait 60 days and 100 posts, I have to spend $750 if I want to post the service right away, right?

@Dương Agency I have noticed that you are posting many posts everywhere in the forum without actually learning the rules (Posting in non-English language, posting in wrong sub-forums, etc.). Other members have rightly advised you to learn the rules first, but you seem to be not cooperating.
