Hey everyone. Disclaimer: I'm new to Pinterest and forgive me if I'm missing something obvious. I've spent many hours researching before taking the "easy" solution and posting here.

So I created a new business profile for my Pinterest account (last week) and enabled the rich pins options. I verified my website, added the meta tag and also verified that, and used to be able to share rich pins. I created the boards, but suddenly, yesterday and today the pins stopped being rich pins. And also the pins I'm sharing from my site are no longer "rich".

Any ideas what's happening? I've contacted support obviously, but was thinking maybe it's my fault in some way.

Thanks!

Pinterest works in mysterious (buggy) ways.
Anyway, have you given the Rich Pin Validator a try? Perhaps it can give you some hints:-

Yeah, that's the weird part. When I add the url to which I added the meta tag everything appears okay. But then nothing...
