This days i been getting ddos by some rival site of same niche

I censored my last 2 ip address ,but i would like seek BHW brothers here for help on such case, this guys attack me from different cloud host, and its pretty cheap to buy cloud server and setup and then nuke me again during important peak hour of my website.

I would like to find out solutions and pay for it on how do i get my server protected from such attack on my level.
I did contact my host but they take few hours to reply my ticket and make my server down for a few hours before they block on their router level.

I would pay a good solution by paypal
