rewriting whole book

Hi guys , i have few questions about articles.

I am planing to start a new website , i wanted to rewrite whole book and some brochures and to use chapters as my content , i know this is illegal but if i use offshore hosting can writer sue me , i dont rly understand how that work. i check content and its 100% unique its some old book with tutorials. I eaven wanted to contact publisher but that publisher does not exist anymore. And if i ever get caught will they just close my website or will they sue me ? and one more question can i use google adsense on that website untill they dont caught me ?

Just my opinion bro, read the books untill you know everything about it. Use the info to write your own tutorial in your style and wording. Make sure its unique. Put up a dmca copyright notice. In my experience I have articles rewritten from books and never got a copyright strike.

If it's a technical niche like coding, or calculations, it would be difficult to do that effectively.

Well, that's true, but if it's some real life guide, like self-improvement or how to work with wood, than I bet it's possible to hire someone for that.
Unless you want high quality result.

The bad thing is that i cant rewrite this since there is a a lot of tutorials in book which i want to post on my website and i need to use images from that book . can you explane me what is dmca copyright notice ? can i write at the end of each post something like all credit to author or something like that ?

It is the book about painting techniques and stuff like that so i need to use images as well.

if i use some offshore hosting is there anyway to find me and will they just ask me to remove my website or will they sue me ?

Something is legally original when more than 60% of it is unique. So you could literally rewrite his entire book and change at least 60% and sell it as your own, legally within the United States. If you use offshore hosting it's not very likely they can just shut you down since it's outside the United States. Even if the author found out it would be challenging for him to sue you if your not an American. In the end your best bet is to read the book, read a couple other books, and learn the topic using Google. Then you can easily rewrite everything, or write your own material, make videos, create podcasts, and everything else with ease.

That's the only 100% safe method. If he is very much into the subject it should not be that difficult, right?
