Rewarded videos on apps

I was wondering would if a admob account can get blocked if I display video ads after the the user launch the app autolatically Or i can add a twist on my app create fake virtual coins that the user need to acquire , and can only be obtained through watching rewarded videos to ise the app? I have two install per day and afterwards 50% uninstall it in health niche.

I just asked a friend to watch a rewarded video. The earning is shitty for audible video is 0.02$ ?? He is in europe , any ideas. I just activated mediation now and setting ecpm floor to usa,uk,ca of 1$ to see what happens. Any suggestions on high ecpm ad network to ise in mediation?
