I am just interested in how all of this works and trying it out on like my friends but I want to look for such a system but the only thing he wanted to tell was:

I got some more tips from him:

It actually is an english site -_- (So its not a strange language he fooled me but the following tips actually are real)
The domain name is english
The domain extenstion is .com
The domain consists of 2 words
1 word has to do something with social media
there is no SMM in the domain name
There is no minimum balance top up of 20$

Still found nothing.
Need a panel where 1000 IG followers are cheaper then 0.45 USD
Rlly want to find his panel or one as cheao / cheaper than his

Nope, there is no panel that sells IG followers cheaper than $0.45/1k (and you know that one). Closest are $0.5-0.6/1k.

Trust me, I monitor up to 40 panels' pricelists daily.
