I want to give 5% for 5 month for the person who can help me reach number 1 on google with my site. My site get a income off around 5000? a month.
it may only be white hat techniques.
Who can help me?

My calculation results in a 1250? SEO job for a #1 (1 KW)?

1. What's your site?
2. What's the KW?
3. What's the time frame?
4. What happens if your site only reaches a # 2 or 3?
 
this 5000 EUR/mth is your estimated earning if you reach #1? or is it what you earn now with pr 'we dunno exactly how many'?

there are several people here who can do this work for you, but if you don't give enough (exact) details, you might not catch their attention (that's why nobody answered till today for your 3 week old post)

Yaa 5000 Euro you making or expect to make when you reach no 1 position... If you expect it after being there do you think any body will do this why not they will do it with their own site and make whole 100%...

Also 250 Euro is not enough money for good seo experts and i don't think for this much amount any one (only experts i am talking not any newbie) will work with you...

But most important factor is keyword and competition... Without it nobody serious enough can give you any idea of cost and time... Also no body ever can give you guarntee of #1 position in google...

It will be better if you clear everything you might draw some good seo people over here to your thread...

No one can be sure to get to #1.
I mean, by all means try, but don't make false promises.

Like what you already heard, the offer isn't enough.

I am sure it would cost more than what they make to get there. The profit share you offer is also a projected term of what you think it will be worth, even further putting the risk on their shoulders, rather than offering something solid based on already existing historical figures.

If this was the Sharktank, you would have 5 NOs. :)

Seems you are better off either paying something to do the work for you, or making the attempt on your own.

Hope you find a solution.
 
Hope you can get the #1 Position with big.. very big competition... ;)

by the way, why you don't invest your 5000€??
 
No we already earn 5000 a month with the site. The 5 % is o n the new amount we would earn. We already paid 5 firms to get our site higher but none off them succed and we lost around 13000 euro. also 3 off them used black hat techniques what resulted in punischment by god G. So now i am looking for someone who want to earn his reward after result.
 
Why are you guys saying that No one can be sure to get to #1, I have worked for an SEO company before and they got plenty of project got to #1 and I still maintain sites for my freelancing now who is already in #1 in google.

Evaluation is really important. why dont you try checking your site with google webmasters tool 1st maybe you can find answers there why your site isn't ranking. If you want to learn the basic start reading from google not in any other sites.
 
#1 is possible but I need more details like other guys said. I specially choose my client so without more info I won't consider you.

Because you don't own Google. Yes you are right that it's reasonable to expect to get to the first spot doing what has worked in the past, but you can't be sure.

And if the kw is competitive as it seems, expect to fight some strong competitors that won't stand still, especially if they are making the money you would like to make and they are used to the pleasure of ranking at the top.

Cause when you lose it, you really want it back, so I'd expect at least some up and down for everybody in the game.

Anyway, the every day up-and-down is the usual business for Google and competitive kws.
