If somebody is not aware of RevTT, it's one of the best private trackers after or beside TorrentLeech.
Here's the registration link for RevTT:
The link seems to be ugly, but it's not an invitation link, it's their Xmas open reg link.
You will not be able to sign up if you are trying to access the site from a banned country:
Brazil, Egypt, India, Iran, Israel, Pakistan, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia and Turkey
If you reside any of the above mentioned countries, you'll need to use a proxy from a supported country to register!
Here are a few other private trackers with open signup, they also seem to be good:
