revolution slider images loading problem

hello to the forum
i installed recently the rev. slider plugin in wordpress and i am experimenting witht this.when i try to load an image from the library when i click the plus icon to load the image in the editor a message pops up and it saying , object could not be loaded.the same thing happens with the video also ,does any anyone know what is causing the problem,and how could i fix it ?

Did you check out your console, does it return back any information at all ?

Must be version compatibility issue with WordPress/any other plugin/theme.

As SERPhustler said it could be version compatibility, or maybe You choose a corrupted file? Sometimes it could be too large photo dimensions.

i uninstalled it and reinstalled it but is still the same,never mind i can use the templates and addons.

Make sure to use current version of WordPress, theme and the plugin. I think it should work fine that way.

i will try to disable the other plugins.wordpress and this is the current version or the theme perhaps.
