Do you know if Wise or Revolut digital card(not physical) be used for Semrush, Google, Amazon, etc? I tried a Wise digital card with Semrush, but it was not accepted!

Revolut has worked on every single thing I've ever tried, but with amazon I think they place ur acc on hold, so I just showed them that it was a virtual card and they released my acc. Otherwise it works (as to my knowledge)
 
I use revolut digital card, and I can pay Everywhere with it. So yes, its working
 
For the old accounts Wise works well, but to verify new accounts probably you need to verify the identity
 
From past experience I would also recommend Wise.
