I was just uninstalling some stuff off of my computer using Revo, and I started to wonder if this is the best program or not. Although Revo is good, I have noticed that programs that I have uninstalled with it still have registry items. My question to you is a simple one.....Is Revo the best or is there a more complete program (paid or free)

Well is bether that Windows Uninstaller, I use it to take out persistent programs.

Windows uninstaller leave more regestry that Revo.

But thats my point of view, let see if one of the Guru's say something, maybe I can learn something

Use Your Uninstaller. It removes all registry entries. Don't know about revo unistaller.

My vote is for Revo. I used it quite a bit recently when changing out a system. Always worked great.

The windows uninstaller is sloppy and leaves a ton of registry entries behind. Revo cleans everything up nicely.

revo has been really good ot get rid of all files associated with the program being removed.

Revo is good. Right now I'm using Perfect Uninstaller because it has been able to get rid of some naggy stuff that just wouldn't go away. If you are going to stick with regular windows you need to clean up the registry because it isn't as complete as these other programs.

I have used YU before Revo, and have found that Revo is the better of the two. Haven't felt the need to go for any third type of uninstaller so for.

I want to thank you all for your insights, and have come to the conclusion that Revo is the best judging from the amount of replies.

Thanks again everyone....Cheers:D

NO.
Because it doesnt automatically select which registry entries should be removed.

YOUR uninstaller -- YES

i use Revo in both of my computers & it works much better than other uninstaller & more other features, work really well! MY VOTE GOES TO : REVO UNINSTALLER - World No.1 Uninstaller, try to search on google, see the difference

I use Revo, and it works great for me.

Especially when you have to run cracked software, it comes handy.

I am getting this error on Win Server 2008:

Cannot load revoflt.sys!

Thanks for any help.
