lol yea i guess chances are slim to zero, initially was asking if anyone manage to revive back =)

It's possible.

There's this one "legit" page that makes you like the page to see the picture. It was spamming status updates left and right to other "legit" pages and his page was taken down for about a day. 1-2 days later it was back up.

Call facebook owner and ask him to help. You can offer him revenue share if he puts your page back up

I don't believe you can, but there maybe the odd one or two cases where facebook have got it wrong, reviewed the case and re-upped it?
