Revive Instagram Account not used for +1 years

HEllo Everybody I was running Instagram accounts and growing them more than 1 year ago , Now I decided to come back to work , it's more than 2 weeks now and my accounts still not getting the normal engagement account with +37k Follower rarely reach 1k likes , before i was getting arround 10k likes and more per post .
I check Posts Statistics and i see that i get new followers new reached accounts my best Posts now reach about 6k Accounts also i see that i'm getting views from hashtags and explore So i thi,k I'm not Banned ( I think )
is there any way to revive those accounts and get the reach back ?!!

If so, there might be some influence and you'll need more time to grow the engagement.

Do you think it is bad idea to do same with BOT? My account is already using BOT. It have terrible engagement rate though it have 87K followers.

Sure, you could do it with a BOT, I just like to avoid using them these days.

actually it's my second time i stop use it for a long time, i was getting a good engagement then i start using bots and running multiple accounts then my laptop damaged and I stopped when i come back first time the engagement also was very low after days and days the engagement start go high but again i stop being active on it ( don't now what you mean by Pods) & ( i didn't use the bot for my main account )

Also i think i need more time i start do some follow unfollow not much may be 50-60 two - three times a week and i see my engagement go high a little bit

I think you are right all things about being active on instagram as a normal human being
