Revive a inactive channel

Hello, I have a channel with 100k subs that is very inactive, the little traffic it has comes from youtube search and it is not recommended.

I thought it was a good idea to try to revive it by uploading 1 short a day for a few weeks, although I don't know if it will work, or if that will help long videos to be recommended

what strategy do you reccomend?

You can share and advertise a cross-section of your videos on Tiktok.

As what Techines said, in this generation there are alot of apps doing short-form content. Upload many short-form content in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. Any possible social media who have short-form content you can easily grow a following there and cross-transfer to your youtube page.
