If I have different google emails and I start writing reviews with those emails for example in 30 to 60 reviews will google ban me? Or will it admit them? As they are all made from the same ip address? Do they have to be made from different ips? or is it not necessary?

Chances are your reviews will not stick.

If all of them are from same IP definitely Google will count it as spam and finally all reviews from profiles will get remove.

Using same IP will definitely bann your accounts.
Posting reviews from same IPs and on same business will not stick.

If you Leaving Footprints Like Same IP Address , Posting them all in Same Day , then High Chance your Reviews Will Get Filtered

Post Them Naturally , in different Time, Different Days, Different Content Structure

What if - you create a new account, and use mobile data from your phone? I think it changes your IP depending on your physical location as it connects to the nearest cell.
