I posted a similar thread almost two years ago - but realized I wasn't in a position to deliver back then. So rather than launch a failed BST - I decided to leave it at that.
Well I am back again. In the past 2 years, I have perfected authority site creation and have taken steps to ensure every step of the way is streamlined. From keyword research to web 2.0 creation. From high quality content to SILOed structures. The best table plugins. The best Amazon plugins. The works.
I have also made some changes to the package being offered to reviewers. Word counts offered has increased. So that's about it for now. Read on.

I am aware that the marketplace is inundated with Site creation services of varying degrees, but this is going to be an Authority site creation service that will speak for itself.
What is this service I am launching?
As part of this service, we will create a complete authority website for you. Complete with a minimum of 50, to as many as 300 posts - scheduled, interlinked and with links to external authority sites.
These posts will be properly categorized and include high-resolution images.
What do you get when you opt-in to review this service?
1. 25,000 words worth of content - Relevant to your Niche - In case of product oriented sites , the homepage is beautifully marked up with 2000 words of content and a comparison table.
2. 5 x Web 2.0 Properties with original content relevant to your niche - a minimum of 250 words per property.
3. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Profiles with 30 days worth of content (At the rate of 1 post per 48 hours)
4. In-depth Niche, Competition & Keyword Research and Available Domain Suggestions.
- 50 keywords per niche, 2 LSI Long tails per niche and 6 categories.
- We can break down the 20k words of content, however you'd like or we can put up 20 x 1000 word articles with room for you to grow. You already have a detailed keyword report.
- 200 searches minimum, maximum 30 Keyword difficulty.
5. Authoritative design (We have re-purchased developer licenses for some of the best themes out there for authority sites.( The old ones expired))
6. Custom Logo for the site

9. You can select between a niche authority site, a clickbank authority site or an Amazon authority site.

You need to be either a Donor or Jr. VIP or over that and have a post account of no less than 750 and must've been a contributing member for at least a year to get in.
This is discretionary and no hard feelings for anyone. But if you've been trolling the forum, padding up your post count, I'll probably pass on you.
What are the benefits?
Other than the fact that you get an awesome as f*** authority website? Well.. let's see
1. The above is our smallest package and it is slated to be released at $349 per site during our launch. The prices will go up once the first batch of websites is delivered, however, you shall be grandfathered in on the launch price for life.
2. Over that, you're entitled to a 10% recurring discount on all further orders, over and above the grandfathered price.
3. The websites created for you will NEVER be shown to a third party as samples, a separate set of samples is being created specifically to address this issue.
4. You'll be first in line to test drive all our offerings related to this service.
5. We'll be best of buddies. The #BFF4Life kind.
What is expected out of me?
The only cost you bear at this point in time for the review is the cost of the domain that you choose to purchase and the hosting. Everything else is part of the service.
Other than that,
Do I have to write a review? Climb atop a mountain and scream your name? Get your username tattooed on my chest?
Not sure about the mountain and the tattoo - but sure man, whatever floats your boat!
However, we'll expect a detailed review on our Marketplace thread, once it goes live. None of those "BlogPro delivered site. It was awesome."
We're working very hard on this and so we'd like to see a more honest review. If we suck, you tell everyone that we suck. If we rock, you tell everyone that too.
When do you choose the reviewers and when does the service start?
The selection of the reviewers will happen within the first week of this thread getting approved.
We are currently building sample sites to showcase our work and ironing out the kinks and various nuances. We're also working with a closed group of previous clients and acquaintances on BHW and working on websites for them to better ease in the "order to delivery" process.
Once chosen, you will be approached on the 24th of this month requesting details about your choice and the form of website. Once we've received the domain and hosting details, a TAT will be conveyed and the website will be delivered to you.
This will coincide with our thread launch, which will happen post Dec 20th (which is when my warnings expire), so you can gloat at the sheer brilliance of our work and write reviews and then decide on the mountain you're going to climb and the tattoo artist.
How many reviewers?
5 Reviewers who meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
The above five plus @MisterF and @davids355 who have been patiently waiting with me.
So 7 reviewers in total. I think that's a pretty sweet number, no?
Why this service? Aren't you like content people?
Actually no! I have been building niche sites and PBNs for several years now. I understand the various nuances of building an authority site and the challenges that come attached to the same.
To accommodate my growing needs, I set up an entire team dedicated to site creation and content writing was just a part of it.
When I began selling content here, I was never sure I'd be able to sell a niche site creation service. I ordered several of those from providers here and was disheartened by the deliverables. The sites I received on more than one occasions was something I could slap together with WordAI and a free Wordpress theme in less than 30 minutes. This is not authority and sure as hell is not something I'd ever attach my name to.
I live in India and employ people full time, thereby allowing me to keep my prices in check. This has enabled me to provide services that were far better in terms of quality than what people in my price range were peddling. I am definitely not the best. But I work hard for my clients and everyone who has worked with me knows that.
This service was born when a few content clients saw some of the sites I had built and requested me to replicate them for themselves.
With all that said, post here if you're in.
