[REVIEWERS!] EndCaptcha - Premium CAPTCHA service

Hi BHW,

We're aiming to offer a Premium (Human-Based) Captcha Service.
It'd guarantee fast solve times (7-8 seconds), high accuracy and no overloads. It should work with any software that has support for most popular human based Captcha Services (Death By Captcha, DeCaptcher), so we now need your precious feedback to validate our work.

We'll offer 1,500 FREE Captcha Solves to the first 12 (for starters) eligible* members! We only ask for an honest review/feedback.
*To be eligible, you must have at least 75 messages on BHW and your account should be at least 1 week old.

- How to get the free credits:
1. Create an account on http://endcaptcha.com/
2. Let us know your EndCaptcha username (via this way, or the support channels on the website, or by Skype: end.captcha)

- How to use the service:
1. Once your account is credited, you may download EndCaptcha's API tunneler or modify your host files to use our solution (find instructions for both on http://endcaptcha.com/api)
2. Once one of the above steps is done, select either DBC or Decaptcher on your solution and enter your EndCaptcha credentials instead.
3. Start your work/campaign.

Thanks for letting me know about this, I've contacted Authority Social Bookmarking's vendor to get EndCaptcha's API integrated

In the meantime, if this software already has support for DBC or DeCaptcher, there's a very high chance you'll be able to use it with EndCaptcha. Here's how:

1. Send me a PM with your http://endcaptcha.com/ username, so I can add funds to your account.
2. You may download EndCaptcha's API tunneler or modify your host files to use our solution (find instructions for both on http://endcaptcha.com/api)
2. Once one of the above steps is done, select either DBC or Decaptcher on your solution and enter your EndCaptcha credentials instead.
3. Start your work/campaign.

Please, let me know if you run into any roadblocks.

Created an account (jrim) - let me know when you add the credits.

My honest review -

Had a lot of difficulty accessing the site today, internal service error was very persistent and difficult to push through.

View latest submissions is not displaying images properly, just boxes with question marks in them (indicating bad URL/image).

My free CAPs were approved (manually) by support in less than an hour after I signed up. This indicates they have good support, which is a huge positive in this industry.

Speed is decent, a bit slower than DBC but only marginally - definitely very comparable, and if they offered something BETTER or MORE or CHEAPER, I would definitely sacrifice the marginal speed decrease and migrate my CAPTCHA solving to them. HOWEVER...

The service is pricy. The base level package is $11.99 for 3k CAPTCHAs, which comes out to $0.003 per CAP and some change, ending up being precisely 2.875 times more expensive than DBC. I compare against DBC because they are the industry standard for CAPTCHA - like it or not, their level of service and price is what any new contender will be judged against (or de-captcher, but they are relatively similar and I am very familiar iwth DBC so I chose them for my comparison). In a bizarre twist, their CAPTCHA packages actually get MORE expensive as you buy more CAPTCHAs.. usually things are priced the reverse way around, so it's a bit odd. It rubs me the wrong way. I like DBC's flat pricing model - buy 5k or 100k caps, it's the same price, nice and simple, and that's only because they don't HAVE to subsidize buying more CAPs since they have such a foothold in the industry. Endcaptcha's current pricing is as such:

3k caps = $11.99 = 0.0039966666666667 per CAP
10k = $43.99 = 0.004399 per CAP
50k = $255.99 = 0.0051198 per CAP
100k = $479.01 = 0.0047901 per CAP

It gets more expensive after 3k until 100k caps - however, they offer different levels of 'compensation' depending on which package you purchase. The 'compensation' is for their service performing slower or not at all (outage)! This is convoluted and complicated for the end user. I simply don't understand the pricing model or how the compensation will work... my advice is make things SIMPLER and price at flat rates, there should not be so much mystery in the values!

The service errors and display issues are indicative that this service may not be ready right now for all the customers it solicited. However, I think it has tremendous potential. I will check on this again in a month to see how they are doing.

Point by point:

*Site availability: apologies for the inconvenience :/ ! we applied some fixes that should prevent these sort of issues.

*Previous Submissions link: Working on getting that fixed. ETA to have it fixed next week the latest.

* Speed: Thanks for feedback. We're working on optimizing our solve times! Hopefully next time you test the service out you'll notice a substantial (positive) difference

* Pricing: We believe our service will save you money at the end, as your submissions are guaranteed to be solved fast and more accurately than other services, 24/7 - so you won't need to worry about service disruptions that may make you incur on even higher costs, considering cost of opportunity.

Larger packages are more expensive because they have higher slowness & outage coverage levels as well. That said, your opinion will be taken into account! We may reconsider our pricing structure down the line, so it's good to have insights like yours.

As for how the compensation works, that's displayed on pricing page, here and here specifically.

I'm eager for you to come give us another shot! please, feel free to let me know if you need more credits or anything.
