Hi Guys. I believe that I have a competitor that is posting negative reviews on some review sites like Reviewcentre.com
They don't seem to require an account to post a review yet are not willing to remove anything unless it is blatantly spam. They also don't require the reviewer to reference a purchase number or any other piece of information that could be used to determine if they were an actual customer.
It seems like it would be a waste of time to start posting negative reviews of this competitor and it would likely spiral into a need to start negative efforts against all competitors.
Wondering if any of you have had a similar experience with these review sites and how you have dealt with it.
