Review Tool

I am in need of a tool that gets the client to review the business— and if it got less than 4 stars, direct forwarding to message happens; if it got 4 and 5 stars, automatic publishing to google business review page takes place.

How much a software like this would go for to develop from scratch?

Any software already created (that works without problems) that you do recommend me?

The cost of creating such software could be relatively cheap or very expensive depending on how much functionality you want in it. Then there's the added work of making sure it's always up-to-date with Google's everchanging algorithms and policies. Buying the software is equally tough because from my experience, no one has really innovated since 2014; all of them still use old, ugly and unintuitive technology. I think my company changed that, and you can check out a post about our tools available to BHW right here.

Basically, you funnel customers to a site where they leave reviews for a business. Positive reviews are put on a track to be posted on the rating sites you want, and negative reviews are sent straight to the manager's phone to be remedied ASAP.
