Review Stuck in Birdeye after Google Removal

One of my clients had a Google review removed about 7 months ago. This review was at the time and still is showing up in the Birdeye page on his company. (to be fair the Birdeye page is pretty outdated on all the other positive reviews as well)

In the past ive seen these fall off as Birdeye scraped new data from Google but in this case its still there.

Does anyone have any experience with this and is there a way to get the content removed from Birdeye?
