Review Snippets Partially Showing

Hello,

My "Review Snippets" disappeared about a month ago, and I was not able to see them on my websites results through Google, nor was I able to see them using "site:" following by the domain url.

Now the "Review Snippets" showed up under the "site:" followed by the domain name, but I still do not see them through Google results.

Why is that I was not able to see them before under "site:" and now I do? What has changed since then? How are you able to see the changes which happen?

The problem here that it's not guaranteed to get this type of snippets appearing in the SERPs, even if you did everything the right way,
It's really up to Google to show them or not and you'll have a better chance if you're website do have some authority and rank well,
After the 2020 May update, one of my websites did have the same case and even after changing and trying to fix/change all of the possible problems, it ended up by totally disappearing

The snippets went away in June... reading up it seems like there was an update.
