Review Site Concept/Functionality

BEFORE I turn this over to the front end graphics people to make it look pretty and start a marketing campaign, I wanted to reach out to forum members and get feedback on a new site.

I would appreciate your comments on the Concept (or purpose) of the site, how it functions and ease of use.

Is it easy to use/navigate? -- Why/Why not
Is it easy to understand? -- Why/Why not
Does it serve a legitimate purpose? -- Why/Why not

The cynic in me finds it unpalatable to visit and critique a site posted by someone with just one post.

How 'bout contributing a bit to the forum before asking everyone to do work for you for free?
