[Review] ScrapeBox Rank Tracker

ScrapeBox Recently released their first Premium Plugin called 'Rank Tracker' it costs $10.

I was very excited to hear about this plugin as ScrapeBox is an awesome solution and I regularly use their plugins with much success. Unfortunately, this plugin is highly disappointing. I have spent two hours reconfiguring the settings trying to get it to produce accurate results and it is not happening.

I am only trying to get results from 36 keywords. Using check domain only, root domain name, Google.com, English, Delay of 15 seconds and only checking up to 25 URLs. Using 194 high end private proxies all working. I have tried all kinds of settings and nothing is getting accurate results.

The results are literally all over the place and completely inaccurate. It is very disappointing that ScrapeBox would release a crappy plugin and charge for it.

Just wanted to let everyone know don't waste your time with it, unless someone can disclose their settings that actually work.

I really was thinking to try the plugin out, but now seems it is worthless after having a look at your review.

But will check the stuff out, and see how it goes for me.

What do you mean you're getting inaccurate results? The obtained ranking is dependent on the location of your proxy ... you don't rank the same in every country.

If you can make it work let us know cause this thing is just a mess ...

What country are your proxies located in? What city? How do you know they are giving you inaccurate results?

I know all about personalized search and killing off the location, I have done SEO everyday for 15 years now (Unlike most other bullshitters I actually have). I am pulling Google.com results using US based proxies and if I am rotating 194 proxies every time it pulls results then the results should be accurate. It is not a simple location based issue as Scrapebox has to programmed it to reset the location to USA using unpersonalized results. If they didn't then they should not have released the tool if they did not cover the basics.

So unless ppl here buy proxies within their actual town (anyone? lol) my original review still stands.

Do I really have to explain this? I open Safari (Windows OS) in private mode, I sign-out of Google, I disable search history, I flush my local DNS and cache (just to be sure), I change the location to USA. Now, I am in the true unaltered results. I perform a Google search for the specific kwd. I locate the position of the keyword and compare it to scrapebox's reported position. I many cases the site is in the top 10 in Safari and not in the top 25 in the add on plugin.

You really have a terrible attitude, fix that first before you make another post. Nobody here is impressed by how long you have been in SEO.

What you just described to us, is that you are getting DIFFERENT results, not INACCURATE results from the tool.

Maybe the tool pulls results based on the city location of the IP being used. The "true" unaltered results which are are describing are the real inaccurate results, since nobody using Google will actually search with a completely clean search history, flushing their cache, not having any specific location etc etc. All of those steps which you are doing to try to get BETTER, CLEANER, MORE ACCURATE results, are actually hurting you.

So, again, how do you know you are getting inaccurate results? Maybe you just don't understand the results the tool is giving you, and you should send an email to their support asking why their results differ from the ones you are seeing, and ask them how they get their results. Their support is usually very fast to respond, just make sure to whitelist their domain in your email account.

Have you bothered to try without proxies to see if you get the same results?

36 keywords will not ban you from g00gle. Or even just try 1/2 the keywords without proxies.

That is also a good idea. You don't even need to do all 36 keywords. Just take 5 of them, set 15 second delay, and you will be fine. I have tested 1000 keywords in a row on Google without proxy and with a delay and wasn't banned/flagged, just an FYI. Gotta do more research to see how Scrapebox rank checker is pulling the results, before we can conclude they are not accurate.

When someone questions my intelligence I do take issue with it, if you have a problem with it then go to a different thread.

The tool does not pull the results based on the city location of the IP being used. Google 'occasionally' display results based on the location of the IP being displayed, this is Google not the tool. However you have made my original point in the first thread. IF ScrapeBox's add on does not strip both the personalization and location of the Google search results then this plugin is completely inaccurate thus worthless.

And you are buying into the the SEOMOZ crowd 'wisdom' that rankings don't matter. Rankings do matter cause most people search for new things in Google they don't search for the same things over and over. You have to get the REAL unfiltered rankings in order to truly understand where you rank for the bulk of the search traffic. No one uses Google plus (statistically speaking) and people rarely +1 a page (again statistically speaking). And as for location based results in a normal search quire maybe one listing is elevated. You have to get clean results in order to see where you are ranking for the majority of people.

Have you even used this tool? No, so why in the world are you providing hypothetical information. Stick with the facts from the people who have used it! This thread was posted as a warning review for a new product that hundreds of people here will be purchasing. So go ahead buy the tool and show us how to use it correctly then if you want to discredit me instead of blindly misleading people here with false information.

How huge was the time delay on this? And what product was it? I get banned from Google almost immediately when I uncheck proxies on any solution.

Yep, still totally inaccurate. Time delay at 30 seconds and used all 36 kwds. One would expect this ScrapeBox addon to support hundreds if not thousands of kewyords though wouldn't you? That is what Scrapebox is about, letting it run scraping hundreds of thousands of results and then using the solution and it's add ons to sort and filter. ScrapeBox is all about mass scaling. So either way this is extremely disappointing.

I'm killing this thread. I tried providing an honest review and I know what I am talking about, every time I post an honest review all people do is argue off the top of their head instead of providing value able hands-on information. My blood pressure has had enough, regardless I will still continue calling out worthless tools and services for those who are listening and find the info valuable.
