Running it through copyscape shows you have 18 pages of duplicated content out of 1000+ isn't too bad at all, but you will want to watch out for that.

Looks like, all your content was written and or produced from 1/2012 with a hard stop on 6/25/2012. If you had a blog or something that would continue to bring in more content, that might be ideal or create user generated content.

Google does want varied anchor text and do having a link profile as you do might be flagging the site a bit with google. Vary your anchors a bit more with your campaigns.
