You still need a better design.
Remove contact us form from the homepage and create a different page for it.
Search and login form should be on the right side.
Create a better logo, Right now it's showing only text.

Remove contacts to a separate page, remove the visitors counter(or get one that lets you artificially boost the number) because as it is it will drive people away. Also your color scheme blurs together, the text doesn't stand out enough from the background, mid-gray is a a hard color to use properly in a background.

Why do you need registration there? Look at imgur (your competitor), the ease wih which you can upload images put them at the top 30 list of Alexa.
