Hi all,

I would like to get some feedback from you all on user experience on my website below, and recommend what changes you would like to see to make the website more appealing and improve the experience? Any feedback would be welcomed.

Hey fox. I'm looking at your site on an iPhone running iOS 6.1.

I like where you're headed with the design so far. The icons and and the graphic outlining the steps (1...2..3..) look really professional. I also really like the way you styled the inputs on the first page. I haven't seen that before. 10 points for style lol

Here's what it looks like on my phone.


The css for the submit button is a little messed up in safari. You also might consider adding some padding between text and the edge of the screen.

As far as user experience, I feel like the 1.2.3. graphic should indicate which step the user is on. And maybe the text for #2 should be "describe what you need" or something similar.

I was able to create a client account, but there's something weird with the sign-up page. Are those radio buttons?


This is just off the top of my head from my phone. I'll check it out in a desktop browser later if I can. Hope this helps

website looks ok - but the logo is horrible ... especially the part where letter "I" disappears.

After that you might want to add some personality to the site (it has to stand out and has to be remembered).

To be honest, you could work on the information hierarchy of the website.. I felt that many parts were competing for attention, and there was no well-defined progression.. Sorry if that sounded harsh. Start getting traffic to the website, then work on the aesthetics step-by-step.
