Hello BHatters,

I've been developping a script for autoblogging/content generation. In order to sell this script, I made a simple sales page. The only problem is that I've got only ~10 visit a day and only 1 sale done :/

I was wondering if you could help me by reviewing my website, giving me advices...

the site is rssaio dot com

I was thinking of being more "agressive", more like "this product rox, money garantee" and personnal (Me, John Smith, have already made thousand of dolar with this script) (you know, things you can see on all sales pages ^^).

Plz, what are you advices to improve my sale page?

Fix the spelling and grammatical errors.
It will make you look more professional and intelligent. Meaning the software you have developed will also be professional and intelligent.

Remove the news section from the page.
It doesn't catch the readers attention.

Write something other then "Out Now" above the "Buy it Now" button.
It looks amateurish for several reasons.

Instead of saying when it was last updated say how you're providing excellent tech/help support.

Don't talk about the status of the script.
Either its done or it isn't. No one wants to buy a product that isn't finished

It should be completely obvious people can buy it. There is no need to use that question as a headline.

"I've paid but I come back to this page"
As in signing up for this product is confusing?
This doesn't help you make a sale is deters a sale.
You need to address that issue some place else.

Get rid of the screen shots they clutter the page.

Leave the video its great.
But get rid of that URL directly above it.

Maybe move it to the top and have it auto play as soon as the customer visits the page.
That will get their attention AND they will HAVE to watch it in action.

I like your clean design and color scheme. It looks professional. So don't be overly aggressive. That will just make you seem LESS professional. It wont work with the story your already telling.

Instead focus on all the great things your software can do. Point out its strengths.

You could do more, but that should get you started.

Thanks for your help, I'm going to rework the page asap

one more thing, just centralize the wrting now it is aligning to left.

lazyfrog > Do you rly think it's relevent ? Why is it better to align the text to the center than to the left?

OKay some quick points...

HEADLINE -This need to in red in Impact or Verdana font. This need to be a hook to get people to read the rest of your copy. Your headline needs to be relevant to the copy but not explain what it is you are selling...

SUBHEAD: Flow on from the headline and again done so reader keeps reading...

Welcome to rsseater project ...gives impression that it is opensource...

Bring your margins in to 25-30px so it is easier to read...

Video is much better at top now! Could change slider bar to blue that matches header

Order button at top need to go...When you sell face to face..they come into your shop, the first thing is not buy this now, instead you start a conversation and find out why they are there and what they want and then you take them to what you have and explain the benefits of your product and how it will help them.

Get rid of the current status....again people as shy when it comes to unfinished projects. And they will get the wrong impression, even though you have the basic one finished.

create some bullet points...benefit driven, or loaded

Have a look at other well known salespages and copy/model there layout as far copy goes for software products. They draw you in with headline...tell a story....say what they have to sell,,, who they are....what their product can do for you....Guarantees...here is what I want you to do to buy this...PS: Go back and order etc

Use seperate salespage for advanced....may work better to upsell basic users.

Use you own graphics for order button as they seem to do better. You can get salesletter graphic packs with them in if you can't make them yourself...
