Review my first autoblog. :)

Ok. Here is my first autoblog. Not sure how good it is, but i'm trying to improve it, and looking for any suggestions.

it's looking good and seamless, can't differentiate if it's autogenerated content or not. btw, what plugin did u use?

its good, interms of monetization (adsense + CPA offer) but the background a little too plain for my liking needs more of a theme or colour. Also im interested in how u got the google ad as an image?

also "acne helper" is quiet competitive as a keyword, although u do have an advantage as you have it in your domain. any more info on that?

Just friendly suggestion since this blog is about acne i think you shouldve used ACNE related CPA offer & i think maybe you couldve done lil SEO work on it.

I haven't done any SEO work, but i'm going to get some backlinks, and social bookmarking links.

I just made my first $0.19 autoblogging with adsense this morning.

Can anyone recommend a good way to keep stats, or track things like unique visitors, and stuff?

If I were you, I would switch to a better looking theme, but other than that everything looks fine.
The content is very readable, but you may want to delete the post about cat acne, a little off topic.

I liked it too, its a good start. Now you just need 1000 of them making a $1.00 a day. That is my goal over the next year.

you should put some more pages up so that the website could grow a bit. I dont like the dark orange text on a white page. Other than that it is a good website to make some money off because of where the advertisement are put.

That's similar to my goal. I'm going to do some SEO work, social bookarking, then update the theme.

I want to get this autoblog to make $1.00 a day. That is my first goal.

After I've done that, I want to make 10 autoblogs that each make $1.00 a day.

At that point I will keep making more while trying to diversity my "online portfolio".


I also want to stop using adsense to monetize my autoblogs, but it will suffice for now.

10 months ago I got started with CPA offers and earned $87 my first month. Today I'm over $1,600 for the day and have had 2 days over $2,000 one being $2,400 and change.

You can do this and so can everyone else!

not bad.. would remove some outbound links and make the content more unique.. i see the same content all over the place and as it it, its more likely to be excluded from search for D.C.

how do u plan to drive traffic to it?

Nice first autoblog. Just a little observations:
1. Your Article Titles are a little bit big and spaces in-between texts are narrowed.
2. No Contact, About Us and Sitemap Pages. Include these pages. It adds credibility to SE and visitors.
3. try adding some CPA on your right widget/column. It's kinda awkward to see a lot of spaces in there.

Nice job, But I think you need a different Cpa weight loss offer, actually a offer with a cleanse can be tied to the idea that the Cleanse will help to improve their Acne (which is true). Do a article about how a colon cleanse will improve there skin and acne and set it so it stays up as the 1st article on the first page (right next to the offer, lol)

and thanks for all the help. i'm trying to tweak the layout to find the best placement for cpa banners. i'm not too concerned as to what offers they are at the moment, but i'll fix that after I get indexed.

Good advice from don Reba and Publisher. Definitely strip all the extraneous links -- and above all -- keep it up!

Here's some things I'd do:

1. Cloak all affiliate links. Use a simple double meta refresh php file, or one of the fancy cloaking plugins...
2. Add About and Contact pages.
3. Get a new theme. Look for more of a magazine style theme like Revolution Lifestyle or such. Tons of great looking, full featured themes in the download section. If you're going to run adsense, then go with a simpler theme.... one column - at most two...
4. Get a new color scheme. Think of the colors that might trigger emotional buying responses in someone that has acne, and is looking for acne treatments that work. I think these colors might be white, blue, light blue, light green.... If you're not too savvy in this department, just look at the top selling acne treatment, and use their color scheme as a guide. Check out Pro@ctiv's site. Clean white design, water imagery, light blue'ish-greenish accents...
5. Add some images. Not necessarily of acne, or the products themselves, but of happy, pretty, fresh-faced people...
6. If you're going to run CPA banner ads, I'd run an acne related offer. Also, you should go with the small half-banner in the header, and/or the skyscraper in the right sidebar. The square banners that you have in the right sidebar are better used in the body of articles, after the jump...

But the most important thing is action. Keep tinkering, keep testing, keep asking questions and trying people's feedback.... And keep building more autoblogs.

My approach to autoblogging is to build an army of foot soldiers going to war. I know that many of them might get killed, but I trained them well and prepared them for battle. Outsource and automate.
