It's a little too bright for me, but to each his/her own. I like the layout though. It's nice and simple. Good luck with it.

im so scared to share my sites on here because of the fear that i might get randomly selected for a "negative seo" campaign. but not bad. for that niche that's basically all you need.
Try changing the bright green background on your < h3 > to something darker. And try to limit the number of different colors/fonts used throughout the site. Make your own standards... like a gentleman!
And i would agree with mrankin here, not seeing such a long scroll bar would be nice. If you can make the scroll bar elongate as one reaches down, it's a different story.

First, this is a common template that many spam site's use. Personally, I'd loose that theme and head over to themeforest and get yourself a higher quality. It will help you in the future with visitor retention and conversions.

try adding your own insights on the albums you're offering. it's more work for you, i know, but that'll somehow help you build your credibility as a website author.

Actually its not a new theme. I have seen this. Its back ground is same as the Apple default back ground in 2010. I like it.
Make a logo, put "released, style, format, size" in a single row and change font-size to a smaller one, put tracklist in a div aligned center and the text inside aligned right. Put download links in a single row with smaller font size. You have 2 search options, one in sidebar and one in menu.
