Review management software that has different languages

Anyone have any experience with review management software that has spanish, italian and french so that international customers can respond to feedback in their language??

I just copy/paste those type of responses into a translator personally. I dont seem to get a lot of customers that cant at least speak decent english. I understand the frustration though sometimes, not being able to effictively communicate with someone can be a pain. Good luck on your search.
