the screenshot's generated using a fake adsense screenshot generator ... it's been posted in here somewhere ( can't find the link right now ... )

The site doesn't look to good, and i don't believe that guy is earning that much. Sounds and looks to good to be true, and probably is. If he is making that much, i don't think he would sell templates & methods for just under $60. haha what a scam!

Look like some Noob made a shit site to make fool to others. Go and Try WordPress it comes up with many good free templates...

Yea. Is acai berry really a great niche? Customer relationship is my best niche so far. Followed by biz coaches.
