Review cheaper packages too in content writing BSTs

In most categories, the difference between packages is linear, and it makes perfect sense to review a seller by trying their top package. In content writing, though, the low packages go to other teams than the more expensive ones.

I think that it leaves big parts of the marketplace's offering unchecked.

Our current processes actually already allow us to check everything that's advertised. For example, someone selling e-mail accounts, Facebook accounts, and Twitter accounts would be required to send us x1 of each. The same is done for content writers as well, although our standard approval reviews don't always reflect that.
