Hi,Affiliate Manager Team Lead from maxbounty has email me few days ago about my way of doing money , i have told him about it but not all because him will do it , today i wake up and my account was deleted without any notice and my $1500 that must come today haven`t arrived so what should i do?

These are the email from My Affiliate Team Lead :

"The merchant for "campaign" is asking how you are promoting the campaign. Please send me all of your promotional material that you have been using by the end of the day so we can avoid having to pull you from the campaign."

"I need you to send the actual email creative that you mail out. The html you send or images or text. I need to see from start to finish how you get people to sign up."

Typical from Max Bounty! There are many threads that have been written about this and someone from MB will respond and say we're off base but he doesn't actually know that this is going on or chooses to ignore it. My account was banned couple years back along with many many others at the time. I do seo so traffic wasn't an issue. I never received any notices or requests at the time (MB is the only cpa company I've been banned from btw). Sucks you lost your money especially when it's time for them to pay up they then wanna know how you run their traffic and then others know how you do it which sucks. Once you tell them other affiliates will do the same thing, happens all the time once they know the methods or websites sending the traffic :(

I get sick of reading about companies like these. Even if they did pull you from the campaign, they should still pay you what they owe you. I usually convert really well on dating cpa, but on a network lately, they said it wasnt really converting too well for the advertiser. They paid me the $1200 owed, and stopped the campaign, which is fair enough in my eyes. At least i got paid.

Yeah, I got banned in past, too. Marianne was my manager. They are very strict about traffic. If you have high ctr, and your leads are not very quality, bam.

Maxbounty and Neverblue are pretty close when it comes to this stuff . Always asking for traffic sources / campaigns anything to deny paying you -- whether from the Advertiser Level or The Program Level.

I even sent in what they asked for - as had nothing to hide with Full GA and everything -- they bitched and moaned for weeks before paying me - I wasn't going to go through that every month so left them behind and moved on ... your probably going to find more stories like this.

The funny thing was the girl who was reviewing all the Analytics and campaigns - had next to no knowledge about anything -- so obviously the advertiser was the one asking for traffic sources not the CPA Company.

Yes, even if they don't like organic traffic or some random advertiser has issues with organic traffic (lol)...I can see banning someone from a campaign, but getting banned from the whole program ? unreal. I agree they should pay you your money, why is it always when it comes time to pay there's problems. Don't they see the leads coming in before then? If they are only seeing them at the end then they need to just pay the amount then cause that's not your problem. They suck!

if you are really driving genuine traffic then there should no problem in telling how you promote and providing him all details they are asking

Thank goodness, I never had any dealings with them. Sucks when they steal affiliate's methods.

Yeah, I believe I remember that incident. Was on WickedFire, wasn't it? You're not the only person who's approached me under similar circumstances. We always listen to appeals when they're sent to us with relevant and related information. Sometimes we realize we've jumped the gun, but most of the time the bannings were justified. We occasionally offer second chances to banned affiliates who didn't realize what they were doing was wrong.

Unfortunately, in the case of the OP, we aren't wrong. He was running a fake apartment scam on Craigslist to get people to fill out credit reporting offers. Our merchant gave us notice of this, but to be safe we decided to approach the OP and ask what he was doing. He provided us with fake info, and a couple days later, the merchant provided us with the corroborating evidence. So he was banned.

When people get banned, I expect them to be angry and vent on boards about how much we suck. I can live with that. But when these people claim we scammed them, I have to step in. This pub broke our rules, and got away with it for several months. We didn't scam him, he scammed the merchant for many thousands of dollars. That's the case with 99% of the people who get banned. They did something to defraud the merchant, got caught and got banned.

The thing is that most of the people realize they were cheating and getting caught and losing their unearned commissions is part of the game. They don't feel the need to point their fingers at everyone but themselves for getting banned, when their own actions are what got them banned. But you get a few, like some of the posters in this thread, who somehow feel they are the victims. It's kind of sad, really.

MaxBounty does not, never has and never will ban affiliates without cause. If you search my thread history you'll see me explain many times how that is nonsensical and counter productive. Go find it and read it if you want, but I can say without a doubt we wouldn't be in business this long if we made it a habit to terminate affiliates without cause.

In closing, OP, if you want to appeal your termination, send me all of your marketing materials and methods that would show me how you weren't using a fake apartment scam. You'll need quite a bit as I've seen the call logs from the customers who've called in to the merchant. I've seen them refer specifically to your URL's. I expect I won't hear back from you.

i don't know why a CPA network ban affiliates with no reason even a short email explaining why you got BAN. They only reacting if someone post a thread like this and got attention of other people. Hmmmmm..

I think they want to explain publicly than doing it via email :)

You should think twice before going into Maxbounty.
I had a similar problem as this guy here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...d-them-black-traffic.html?highlight=maxbounty
I was running a campaign on them for few weeks and right before payment day:
Nobody has an answer if you ask them what was the reason. The AM says she knows nothing, the compliance team doesn't answer, so just a ban without any reason.
That's not a nice way to do things.

OK, well the OWNER of MaxBounty just said that people can contact him PERSONALLY if they feel they were wrongfully banned. So why don't you give that a try? The owners of most networks probably aren't so accommodating.

Despite sending Steve several emails, phone calls and private messages, he has not bothered to give me a response, as to what evidence he has that I have ever committed fraud.

My traffic methods in the close to six years I have been with Maxbounty have not changed, before I was terminated some 7 months ago.

I would like Steve to respond as to what evidence he has that I have ever committed fraud, after getting a one line email towards the end of June with just that accusation; after being with Maxbounty for close to six years.

I have already gone into indepth details of the surrounding events at:

the warriorforum with the title "Your Maxbounty Account Has Been Terminated" under user dagaul101

But to date Steve has refused to respond to me on any level, not replying any phone calls, emails, or private messages I have sent him.

This is clearly no way to treat any affiliate that has been with the network for close to 6 years, in complete contrast to what is stated on their website on getting explanations on terminated accounts.

If I have committed fraud for me to be treated this way like; I do not exist, the evidence must be so overwhelming it must be able to convince anyone who sees it, so all I ask is for Steve to show the evidence he has that I have ever committed fraud.
