I am not the type of person to bash companies but that company just makes me sick. I can't believe how everybody is saying that they are such a good company and jon is so good etc. The company is total mess. I don't even know where to start. I tried to cope with them but it's really pissing me off. Jon, my AM, does NOT respond to emails, he responded to first two but when I asked about why things are not working the way they should - silence, sent two letters, silence. Jon in Skype, when he is on, he speaks like he doesn't even understand english and is high on drugs. I ask him something - no answer or answer with hey (Y)(Y)D) and other stupid smileys. I ask him about why the offers are not working, no answer or some vague answer. The only thing he is willing to answer is about what offers are good. Then five minutes later he starts talking to me like I am a new person, although he spoke to me 5 minutes ago, asking if I need help: yes I need but you do not seem to provide any. Ok, I can manage the bad communication. I actually don't need that much to speak to people to handle my own things but that brings us to the next point. The content locker does NOT work properly, the offers do not work properly, nothing works properly. I have an offer for inboxdollars let's say and the EPC should be 0.14.. pretty high.. And it's not converting for shit.. and why.. because the content locker DOESN'T work correctly. The text the visitor should see is "Register on this site for FREE and confirm your email to unlock content" but what it actually says is "inboxdollars (US) CPL" or something like that. OFC there are no conversions if the user does not know he has to confirm the email.. it's bad for everybody, no conversion = no money for me or the network and the user does not get the content unlocked. Total amature mistake. If I try to change the text in content locker pro, it says it has been changed but in reality it hasn't. Then The offers just randomly go from being US to INT.. and they DO NOT convert international traffic.. just wastes the visitors time and my conversions. Then, while testing offers in test mode: half of them do NOT work - they make my NOD 32 block the screen saying it's malicious content on the website or just redirect to some unrelated page that has random links on it but no offers or anything. Some offers redirect me to another offer that was not the one they should lead to. Some offers are expired although they show in the control panel of CPA Beyond that they are active. which brings me to the next point: If your offer is expired then you have no idea about it, no email is sent to you, they (cpa beyond) just takes another random offer and redirects your offer to that. Well.. would it seam a bit suspicious for the visitor if he clicks on one offer and get's another offer? Yes. I like how MGCash sends you email straight away when some offers are expired. I then know to remove them, not really that hard for CPA Beyond to implement such an easy function. There are assloads of offers that are stated active and they just redirect to random page with no offer (I already mentioned it before) I sent an email about all these issues to jon and he has not answered me. I sent two emails, no answer. I talked with him in skype, told him I sent two emails, gave him the email address, no comment on that from him. The company has serious serious issues, very unprofessional. If a dude gives your 5 smileys and couple of offers and says have a good day - that's not good AM. That's all I have to say now. I have 29 dollars there and I have no idea if I will ever reach the 100$ to get paid. I just felt that I have to speak out as these are very serious f-ups and nobody is speaking about them.
