Reversing 7878's Method - Would Targeting GREAT Reviews work?

Was talking to a buddy of mine and I got to thinking.. hmmm would reverse psychology work here and perhaps targeting those who average 4-5 * reviews work in any fashion?

I'm still working on the wording to make it work.. I'm not that great - but just curious if anyone here has done something similar and if it may work as well as targeting those with horrible reviews.

Maybe something to the effect of letting them know:

- That being on top there's always more competition who will try to knock them out, and you can help them stay on top
- That there are rising competitors in the area that you've targeted with the original 7878 method, but you wanted to talk to them first because you're being exclusive.

Personally, I think there is a lot more money in the low hanging fruit - neg reviews. But curious also if anyone else is targeting this niche?

People are motivated much stronger by negative factors than by positive once. And frankly, what would they need your service for, when they are already at the top?
