Reverse Engineer SEO

I have a friend who has been paying a lot of money for SEO and has asked me if I could take over for him. The company he has hired is targeting 40 keywords, of which 30 are in the top 10.

Is there any way to find out what the other company has been doing to get the ranking like that?

If you don't know which tools to use, it's probably best that you don't take over.

Sounds like your friend should stick with the old company.
