For those boosting their stats on Reverbnation, be aware. They taken actions and removes the boosters from the charts. You get a 30 day suspension from the charts, and maybe a reset in stats. You do not get banned tough, but what else are Reverbnation good for if not for the charts .

The ones left in the charts are the artist`s that havent been logged in for few years I think.

So Reverbnation are now a stoneage based charts.

Just wanted to warn you about this. I have many internet friends that got removed the past few days, included myself.

How many "boosts" do you do a day and exactly what are you boosting? I have 3 artists in the top 20 Global for all music genres... I find that boosting twitter/fb followers with SMALL boosts to the song is the best way to go

I did one boost per day, using the smbots. Around 4-5 boost per week. I did read in their forum/community as well, that it happens to a lot of artists right now. So, just be careful. I did boost song plays and video plays, around 1-3000 song plays within 3-4 hours.Never had any problem for 6 months. But after reading the community forum at Reverbnation I know something is going on right now.I do not care really, but made lots of money selling these services.

Nothing to do with the bot tough, it`s just Reverbnation that finally takes actions.

I see how rn could tell if ur boosting song plays but would they be able to tell if u boosted social networks that are attached to your acct ? Ie fb twitter

Well, what is bizarre is they aren't shutting the accounts down, not sure who is getting suspended as the page stays live

Yeah I know. They are suspended from charts for 1 month and getting stats removed if they find anything suspicious. It is not just song plays and video plays. This is followers as well. But in my opinion, reverbnation are good for one thing, and one thing only, and that is the charts. So people can brag about being in top 10 global f.ex in the world most useless charts.

Yeah, I've got 2 artists right now in the top ten global... can't say who... they are definitely trying to clean house

Yeah. Well, I am sure it was not detected or something. Just a massive complains of the top artist on there (who says all their stats are legit, LOL). So, they reports the other high flyers for abuse. So, my mistake for my client was that he did not hide the stats afterwards. But runned it now for 1 week again on another account and all is good, when he hides the stats. Lets freak out those artist that say they are legit, but in no way are. How can they be legit with 100000 song plays on reverbnation..hehehe. hell no.

Thanks for the headsup. Seem to have one artist who is still showing chart positioning on their page, but dropped off showing on the main one. Is that what everyone else is seeing?

How are they banning artist from charts for social media links. How would they know if their twitter account is blown up, or their FB page?
