RevenYou Invoice have problem ?

I have 3 question about invoice : 1.Why i have a question from Febuary 2014 just with 4.14$ ? I saw their FAQ payment must over 50$

2.I don't have a Paypal. I'm still creating and verifying . So I choose in my payment is hold payment . If i select APPROVE in my invoice what will happen ?

3. I selected review invoice and I saw : From ( me ) to (RevenYou) with content : Febuary activities on RevenYou USD 4.18$ . I must pay for RevenYou 4.18$ ? I thought it should write: From (RevenYou) to (me) . Is it that right ?

1:- you are not going to get your money until you hit 50$ you got an invoice only take it like a record for your February earnings.
2:- i think you will get your payment only when you add a paypal account their till then your payment will be on hold no matter if you approve your invoice now.
3:- your are giving them an invoice (Bill) for your services (installs) so they can pay you the amount.
