Revenyou installs not paid

Hello guys, I have been with revenyou for 1 week and I have encountered a problem: they DONT PAY for all of my succesfull installs. As you can see in the first image, I got 0.01$ for 3 succesfull installs. But when I go to Installs per country they say that I have 1 succesfull install from Saudi Arabia with 0.01$ comission (which is damn low) and 2 succesfull installs from U.S. but 0.00$ comission. Can you please tell me what's going on?

I had the same issue few weeks ago I mailed their support team and I got this answer
Hi Jayzzz,


The reason for that is that no offers were accepted during the installation flows. You can see that if you go to "Reports" and then press "More" label for one of your products.

This number determines the amount of money you get - the more offers accepted, the higher your revenue goes. A successful installation mean the user finished the whole flow but doesn't necessarily mean he accepted one (or more) of the offers.

Just for your information, our installer does not enable presentation of offers on any kind of virtual machine so if you make a test on one of these you won't be able to see the offers.
