revenyou condition question.. please help?

hi guys
i registered with (revenyou) today, i clicked on featured apps then they show me this conditions
No Peer 2 Peer
No Incentivized Installs
No Adult or Gambling
No Misleading Ads

is this mean i cant send direct messeges on twitter to make people download the app

Actually you can, most of the downloaded apps on revenyou are free-to-share apps though.

revenyou condition question.. please help?
