Revenyou.com still functional?

Hi guys, I signed up for revenyou last week. The account got banned the next day (app wasn't even uploaded then). There was a similar thread mentioning the same problem but it got resolved by talking to their support. I've sent a mail to their support but haven't gotten a response in 5 days.
Anyway, I created another account and am now waiting for the app to be approved. But I'm starting to doubt their reliability. It may be a mistake but seems a bit unprofessional to miss/ignore a support mail.

Can anyone suggest a couple of good ppi networks please?
Requirements:
- Good payout for Indian installs
- Can bundle installer i.e. I can upload .exe, download combined .exe and distribute it
- Silent installer would be great. I realise not many serious ppi companies would offer it but revenyou seems to do so and I'll take 100% conversion if I can get it .
- Would prefer Bitcoin (faster payouts)

I am verified on revenyou because I have a website with good traffic !
They instantly approved my account and never banned, but, they bundle your exe with their own as a result you get approx 900KB file, which many upload sites will identify as an adware instantly and will block you.
I recommend you to use something like betterinstaller where you can create your own package with inno installer and can bind their script with yours, it looks legitimate as well.

Revenyou went to scam mode, check the board

I would be surprised if RevenYou would've still be alive. The publishers literally ripped them off. Providing the advertisers NO such benefits/ROI etc by "Silent Install"and other illegal moves which gave them shitty/low converting, little to no traffic.

Thanks man. Applied for betterinstaller.
- Can you tell me if they are strict about the apps you create? The app I've written has very high demand but it doesn't actually work (a function version likely doesn't exist). Will that be a problem?
- If I understand correctly. I'll have to insert betterinstallers script to execute during install using inno to create the package. And this script doesn't trigger anivirus alerts. Correct?
- Betterinstaller works on revshare, yes? Any alternatives that pay upfront?

Switch network that is if you're into blackhat and this one has too many negative feedbacks. Don't risk your time and hardwork.

PerInstallCash and InstallMonetizer are the way to go now, unless you want to find a mainstream network which tend to take junk traffic and slowly cut down your rates.
