revenueserver.com is scam hosting website company?

Hi, i just get the email from this site https://revenueserver.com after register and place an order.
but their email is
from:RevenueServer Corporation LTD. <[email protected]>

and when i livechat with them, they dont accept paypal, because i just know paypal payment only.
and then i request invoice from them, they said
(Poor / Cheap VPS not have monthly payment & also NO PayPal for low / Poor / Cheap VPS)
after discuss, they said you can pay as Friends n family annually to this paypal email iaglfbsh69077 @ gmail.com
after I request pay monthly, they said (Sorry sir :/ No " We not allow Monthly Payments on cheap VPS! ")

i never heard about this company. Its better to buy from well known company

Accepting paypal doestnt make someone reliable, nor not accepting will make someone reliable. But most of the businesses now not accepting paypal,
But i suggest you to visit marketplace of blackhatworld and visit hosting section.

i was thinking to buy a vps and i asked about it in live chat. when i asked them about refund policy, he started abusing me. clearly this is a team of some scammers. infact most of dmca ignored sites are scam another ex. flaunt7. once i tried flaunt7 because of hostadvice recommendation but there vps was horrible down after every hour. so you should also not belive on hostadvice rating. how can a scam site like flaunt7 can get over 9 rating ?
