I don't think no 1 here attacking anyone people are stating there opinion and calling a spade a spade, but i will point out a few facts.
1. CJ should provide proof that the leads are fraud as the OP has provided proof he is owed money, if the leads are fraud then its over nothing else to talk about, at the end the day it comes down to "PROVE IT" or "Beyond "Reasonable Doubt"
Beyond a reasonable doubt is the standard of proof required in most criminal cases within an adversarial system. Generally the prosecution bears the burden of proof and is required to prove their version of events
The OP has done that, as said before unless CJ has substantial evidence that shows the leads are fraud he needs to be paid ASAP!
on another note the Mere fact that Hexalor has worked with CJ on numerous projects makes the whole investigation Bias in the court of law it's called "conflict of interest"
"A conflict of interest (COI) occurs when an individual or organization is involved in multiple interests, one of which could possibly corrupt the motivation for an act in the other"
even if hexalor is doing the best job to resolve it, it would be in the best interest for the OP and CJ to have a admin or mod to resolve the issue who has never did business with CJ or the OP.
In conclusion, I don't see any evidence that has been presented from CJ that shows the leads were fraud, or that he doesn't owe the OP the money. Not only that,at the beginning everyone wanted the OP to post proof that he was owed money, he should be giving the same respect when asked for CJ to post proof the leads are fraud.
There's really no need for a behind the scenes investigation, the OP has already posted due to request that he was owed money in the first place, so it's public knowledge already. If your going to make 1 person evidence public knowledge then everyone's evidence involved should be public knowledge.

I wasn't going to comment on this thread, but I changed my mind.. what GreenGoblin said is exactly what I would agree with.
What I really don't understand though is how this has become such a complicated matter. I'm good friends with a number of network owners ranging from smaller networks to the mainstream/industry leader networks....
When something like this happens they simply have a fraud report (usually done by the advertiser) and it's in an excel file or something and they send it over. If the leads were fraudulent then the affiliate obviously shouldn't be paid.
If the network doesn't provide a fraud report and an affiliate posts on a public forum about it they obviously will look terrible for not paying their affiliate.

This wouldn't be the first time Casino Jack has screwed over people. I remember when he sold his facebook viral script for around 500 if I remember correctly and it got patched a few days later screwing over a lot of people who didn't even get a chance to use it.
