No one is immune to bans. During my time here I've seen Mods, Exec Vips, Jr. Vips, and regular members become banned members of this forum.

Ah, I apologize for my remark. It just irks me a tad when I see "regular" members getting banned within hours due to *non response* to an inquiry regarding a situation and yet this guy has had almost a week. If not immunity, they have more "time"and "lenience" due to the perceived "trust", no?

It's becoming increasingly clear that CJ doesn't care about
his reputation and BHW membership or he doesn't have the money
to pay you.
After originally backing him I am beginning to think I made a hasty judgement.
An investigation should only take hours not days.
The loss to a network from bad publicity will be far greater than just paying
out the man.

OP posted and gave all the proof, which we need to make our decision. Further, before making any decision, we will take his reputation, post count and his contribution as well to this community.
Just check his post and threads, it will be just asking for some info. More than that, I pmed him about the shitlist thread, he should atleast respond me, instead posting the reply in shitlist thread.
Non responsive, here mean not posting his reply in the shitlist thread, but replying to mods, to settle this amicably.
So regular members with good rep, will be given sufficient time.

But there is also another angle...
Sometimes, these type of threads give you some great energy which helps you carry your work forward with more zest...
For example, I am working right now, but usually I come on BHW to get my brain some diversion from brain-fag (mental exhaustion). This thread, for example, revealed to me that a person who has troubled some other member in the past has now got into a "better" trouble.
Karma-Power working at its best. Now I can get back to my work having enjoyed that Karmic revelation!

This Thread tilte says' Revenue key is scam' . Is it anyway related to Blackhatworld? Why, we mods should interfere for the payment issue, which held between OP & 'Revenuekey'. What kind of action, you insist to take us towards 'Revenuekey'?
Only 3 or 4 days back, I came to know, CJ is part of 'Revenue Key'. So now, I am showing interest in resolving this. But another member, posted clearly he don't need any help from mods for resolving this issue.
I agree, many threads were lying around, without any action. But for the past few weeks, decisions were taken quickly and we are trying to resolve as soon as possible.

Big buddy I have no problem with u but right now it seems everytime a mod replies here there talk about something that have nothing to do with this thread.
The point in this thread is a Mod BHW member scammed another member here and its very clear that he did.
Now if he was regular member he would be banned within hours .
We should treat everybody here the same..
Question is now that we know CJ scammed why is a ban not been issued yet?
What are we as a community going to do about this.
I think instead of going off subject in the topics we need a final disclosure to this thread..
So can we get a final disclosure on your decision now??
Final points:
1. CJ said he will make his decision within 2 days 1 week ago
2. CJ never posted his decision
3. JF still has not been paid and has been out the loop
4. Rules of forum is if you scam another member your banned.
So what is final decision?

Hexalor, i appreciate what your saying totally mate, if CJ said first thing after a few days/hrs that they were fraud or suspected fraud then i don't think the thread would of blown up as much as it has. You and i know fraud doesn't take that long to see.

dude there's no room for discussion here. maybe if this was a democracy and it was decided by what the public (you) think is fair it would be a different story. let's not treat cj like g00ber since they're clearly completely different people. hexalor has spoken and the next move is his choice.

I would like to put the record straight. I have never been accused of fraud or had issues with any network I have dealt with in the past 5 years or currently work with.
