'Revenue Sharing' with video(s)

Hello,

On my YouTube account, I currently have about 20 videos in total. I was asked to share revenue with 10 of them. The problem is that those videos are not my own, I downloaded them 4 years ago from a site that is not working anymore.
The videos are about cars and two are about music. I believe I have no copyright to distrubute those videos, but however YouTube asked me if I'd like to share revenue... isn't it odd ? (to be honest, 100% of my videos are not my own and I have NO copyright to disribute at all)

Should I accept Revenue Sharing ? Do I risk to get banned ?

Are you currently making money of those videos using other methods?

No, I don't use other methods to earn money.

Then just go for it. In the absolute worse case senario your YT videos get removed, but since you aren't making $$$ of those anyway, who cares?


Your call though, don't blame me if your adsense account does happen to get banned
