Revenue Share.. Need Investors

Hey everyone,

As some of you may know, I own a little programming firm. We focus on developing some bad ass internet blackhat marketing tools. For credentials and example software, you can search youtube advertiser here in BHW or check my signature.

I have two additional Microsoft certified programmers under my team. We are about to embark on a 2-3 month long project that will define the holy grail of all blackhat tools.. and I need people to finance it.

In a nutshell, the software will be an SeNuke, Xrumer and Scrapebox clone. It'll definitely be 10x faster than SeNuke as we code everything winsock.

The project will be divided in 3 phases so we can get some revenue going even before the tool is finished.

1. Forum Posting, etc. (Xrumer)
2. Scrapebox
3. SeNuke

I'm also planning on adding a lot of other modules such as pligg.

After everything is implemented, the software would easily sell at $150 - $300 / month.

Initial start up cost is $20k. I'm going to take care of half it which is $10k.

I need $10k more to start the project and cover all costs.

My proposal:

$1k Gets you 5% of the net revenue.
If monthly net sales = $10,000, then you get $500/month
$2k gets you 10% of the net revenue
$3k gets you 15% (and so on)
the whole $10k gets you 50%.

One thing's for sure, this software is going to happen. And it will blow the hell up once it does.

Sounds really good but how to other investor know the total number of investors in project?

A private forum will be set up with all the program updates with other investors and a team of beta testers..

All investors get admin access to the script showing the total sales per month.

Details of your company. Some sort of business plan would be helpful (projected sales etc). I'm interested, but can't drop 10k without a lot more info. Thanks

10K out so fast! wow. incredible, if only i have that huge amount to spare. gd opp just goes by fast i guess.

I like this kind of JV. Where would I find more opportunities like this in which I can invest in projects? Is there another forum where a lot of these types of JVs are going on???
