Revenue Share Blogs?

I'm just curious if anyone here ever started a blog that had other writers and used Adsense Revenue Share to pay them.

The reason I ask is because I'm in the process of opening up my Google News website to accept more writers and I am open to revenue sharing with them (once a certain threshold is passed) but don't know how to properly track stats for them.

I know there are a couple of Wordpress plugins but I'm trying to stay away from them.

I also utilize Google Analytics and there's a feature where I can email reports of the posts they write that include their Adsense earnings per post so I'm leaning towards these kind of reports so that the writers will know I'm not tinkering with anything since reports come straight from Google.

I'm just interested to see how others out there run similar sites to mine. And looking for any tips or suggestions.

I think you can consult the admin of a few rev. sharing sites regarding this. Kevin, Infobarrel's admin is a great guy. He may be able to help you.

Yes, that's what good about this site, it's like that unexploited yet very sufficient nook where the wolves and scammers haven't yet reached.

Why don't you go the free route as well?
Reach out to bloggers in your niche and offer them to guest post on yours for links. Even look for the small time bloggers, they'll be extra enthusiastic to be featured on such an authority site like you're creating.

Yes. I had started a revenue sharing blog, but let me tell you, it was a total disaster. It was in Penguin era and after penguin update everything started collapsing. Writers started becoming nervous and desperate for money, but I was helpless because my site was fucked by Google. It was a precarious situation.

I've tried that but the links that Guest Bloggers would put in their posts, severely watered down the post and made post look cheesey.

I know why they're doing it but keyword spamming doesn't look professional at all no matter how hard you try to spin it.

I've gone the intern route and am in the middle of trying to train them on how to blog and so far so good.

The reason I'm looking to share revenue because I know that there may be Bloggers out there with huge followings or know how to work Google to gain huge traffic to their posts and ill have no problem sharing profits if that happens.

That's what happened to me other than me having a revenue share blog.

And one of the reasons for why I wanted to start a rev share.

I was making decent money on my own until the Penquin updates and now I hardly get the kind of traffic I used to get.

I was getting 25,000 to 50,000 visits a day and now I'm struggling for 5,000.

It's been rough.

I just thought that by me offering money, I can have more original reports and thus get a better boost with Google.

I'm also considering opening my blog up for everyone to submit news reports for editors to then approve or deny the reports to get posted.

I wanted an own revenue sharing site too a few years ago and so I contacted the admin of dubbleP, another revenue sharing site... He helped me a lot...

It looks like you're trying to promote dubblep and that's most likely your site bc the site doesn't even have any posts nor track record with Google. Dubblep literally has no content on it whatsoever. Why would I try to contact the admin, I mean you about that garbage of a site.

You basically took what the first guy's response to me on this board and regurgitated it as your response. But whereas he gave me a very credible and valid answer of worth and contributed to the board, your response offers very little... Actually your response offers nothing at all.

I started this thread to receive help on how to start a revenue sharing blog for myself and others like me looking to do same and you're just wasting our time.

I see that all of your other posts have been about dubblep as well.

I wonder why. Hmmmm....
