Revenge on a chargeback scammer

Ok 1 Buyer scammed me, opened fradulent PayPal dispute and won. I didn't fill in the dispute. Its Social Media services, PayPal refund anyway...plus he started that he didn't authorize this payment.

Luckily only 5 out of 1000 made a dispute.

I told him to send me back the money through Western Union...he said yes he will.
He never did, also he blocked me.


What can I do?

- Informing ALL of his friends/relatives about his fradulent payment for followers/plays?
- Could I destroy his social media?

You can always run a campaign around this guy's behavior. Like posting on groups regarding what he has done, which will serve as a warning to other people.

Well, if the loss is that huge that you can devote so much time into it, then you should even file a law suit again him. But if its small amount, then better put him in shit list on BHW and to well known groups over FB or watsapp whatever you feel like. It all depends upon how much you lost in this..
