Revcontent Traffic - 97% Bounce rate! Is this a scam?

Hi. I have developed a 5k words pre-landing page in order to promote a well known Clickbank product.
My target is US and CA only. After 3 days of running the campaign I get the following stats:
400k impressions - 200 clicks on Revcontent. My cpc is 15 cents
80 hops on my CB offer and only 1 order form clicks
I have checked my Google Analytics stats and I have a 97% bounce rate.

Is this bot traffic? Otherwise i have no idea what could be. I dont use a clickbait image or text on my ads.
Why there are so many hops on my CB account?
Is Revcontent such a scam?

400,000 impressions? What's the source of their traffic? Pop unders or something similar?

Setup a goal in google analytics to detect bot. It will give you a clear understanding.

It takes A LOT of split-testing and testing different targets to nail down quality traffic from Rev Content. So make sure you have a few thousand bucks to burn to discover which targets work for you.
